2008-2009 MonAme Scientific Research Center has collaborated with the Asia Foundation Mongolia and Ministry of Nature Environment and Tourism of Mongolia on environmental protection and improving legal environment for natural preservation. One aspect of this collaboration was the providing support for publishing the first citizen's guide on reclamation. This book is an important step toward educating the public on basic principles of land reclamation and provides a useful tool for communicating with the government and mining community.
